Do you really think you can run from debt nowadays??? Nope - not possible. Come clean with your creditors and work out a sensible payment plan.|||yes they can chase you for the money in spain (eu and all that) bankrupt might be an option - its wiped from your record after 5 years|||You have to be out of the country for 5 years for them to just right it off, but its not that easy to just disapear, we have interpol now, and they will find you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go seek financial advise!|||Not sure but why run from it? You owe them the money so pay it and get some help. Sign yourself off at casinos.|||If you run to Spain, quite apart from the possibility of the creditors catching up with you, you are also likely to run into more of the same problems because of your gambling addiction.

Get help from a debt counsellor with your existing debts.

Find help for the gambling addiction - there may be a gamblers anonymous or similar but the debt counsellor can help. Start with the CAB|||if you have no house, assets or other property.. and if you don%26#039;t have a job in this country already - you probably have no way of paying back your existing debts.

if i were you... i%26#039;d go down to the local county court and get an insolvency / bankruptcy pack and file for your own bankruptcy before someone else does.

point to note though.. before you do.. if you have any spare cash in your bank account - take this out before hand.
