yes, orchard bank is the best bank to go to if you want secured www.orchardbank.com, they charge no monthly fee, but does charge a one time fee of $35, they are great I have had them for the past 4 months, after a year they will unsecure it. Plus they report to the credit bureau monthly which will get your score a little better if you pay on time. check them out you won%26#039;t regret it.
