I have found through many peoples advice and my own experience that the best way to be financially secure (passive income = more than expences) or to have a good part time job that doesn%26#039;t require too much effort is to build up MSI (Multiple Sources of Income)

This is specially important in your case because you want any work your involved in to not take away too much time from you studies.
