I signed up for a %26quot;free%26quot; offer True.com had a few months back. I used it that first day or two but then realized that it wasnt really what I was looking for. So I stopped kind of forgetting that you had to register your credit card for the free offer. Well last month I was looking through my statement and saw that they had taken almost 50. A while back I accidently deleted a bunch of emails-one being with my screen name. And in this time I had forgotten my true.com screen name and password. I have contacted them at least six times through their email forms in the past two months trying to cancel my service. And am not getting a response. In the mean time they have taken about $100 for a service I am not using. And are not responding back. I can not stand the thought of them taking more money next month. What can I do???

actually, you can. if you go to the better business bureau and type in their business name on a search, you can get their contact information. It might not be customer service, but they might lead you the right way. Here is the link to the search:
