I have an Orchard Bank secured card 14 months 200 limit. How much longer before they offer unsecured

And higher limit? I%26#039;ve charged 35 to 55$/month and pay in full on time every time. Before this card I had no credit history. I had paid off previous CC%26#039;s in the 80%26#039;s and cancelled them relying on cash since then. now credit is important, rent a car, hotel room etc. Also borrowed $1,000 from local bank, unsecured and checked to see if they report to the 3 agencies, they do. This was done for more history. I pay twice the payment on time every time. My FICO is about 758 now. A good score but why no offer from Orchard Bank for a better deal?

They should have but they didn%26#039;t. If your score is as good as you say then apply for a card through someone else. Call Orchard and see wht thier deal is. If they won%26#039;t give it to you then get a card with someone else and cancel your orchard.

In my professional experience Orchard really sucks (Capital One is no better and I advise staying away from them)

If it%26#039;s a secured card, the limit is based on how much you send them. Orchard tends to up my limit every 6 months, but that%26#039;s for an unsecured card. Apply for an unsecured card. With a high FICO score, it shouldn%26#039;t be a problem. Charge up to $300 bucks per month and pay it off continually. They will up your limit in 3-6 months.|||If your credit score is 758 apply for another card. You should not have any trouble getting one with a limit of several thousand dollars. STAY AWAY FROM Capital one|||If your FICO score is 758, you don%26#039;t need to wait for Orchard Bank to offer you a card...pick a card (not necessarily from Orchard) and apply. Orchard%26#039;s a decent card for starting out and building credit, but it sounds like with your credit score you could do much better; Citi Cards, BoA, etc...|||That is a very good score, you can get any credit card you want with that score so dont get orchard.|||Is this the only bank in the world to choose from?

Of course, if you can%26#039;t show a regular source of income stream, banks will be very cautious.

Might be worth a personal visit to the bank and discuss your requirements.

Good Luck.|||You won%26#039;t get a good deal from Orchard, ever.

If you%26#039;ve got a 758 FICO you should get a major CC like an Amex, BofA, Chase, Citi, etc.

(Is that 758 actually a FICO? these days there are so many FAKO credit scores out there that when someone says what their credit score is, I am never sure.)
